Episode 8 mostly covers the drama between the girls and of course Natalie holds these lunches at nice fancy restaurants which is nice but always leads to fighting. Natalies calls Rollie to tell her to bring Jela, Tink, Diamond, Lex but not Biggie. Of course that sparks up some tension and everyone including myself ask the question, Why not Biggie? Not all the girls went which isn’t a big deal but specifically calling someone out seems weird. Hopefully we get to know why Natalie says no Biggie. While the girls are getting ready for the lunch Dolly and Summer are talking and Emma walks in. Summer doesn’t like Emma so she starts saying her little comments about Emma. Ivory also walks down to see what’s happening and Dolly and Summer try jumping on Emma but Ivori pulls Summer by the hair back. That was hilarious because Summer didnt do anything to Ivori. They all get to fight each other but in the end all of their hands are messed up and that’s the end of the fights. After their altercation the girls meet up with Natalie, Akbar, and Jaden at the restaurant.
When the girls arrive at the restaurant and get situated they start to talk about issues. The first issue brought up was with Diamond and Akbar. Diamond doesn’t like Akbar right now because she thinks too highly of herself which isn’t bad but girl, please. You are in the same position and show as the rest of the girls. They weren’t going to fight but Akbar made a comment about Diamond’s tooth and that triggered her so Diamond JUMPED across that table to swing on Akbar. It was funny to me, I can never take a fight seriously.
A couple senses later we see Natalie is holding a House Meeting in the Newbies house. Natalie just wants to know what’s been going on in the house with the girls. They tell her who’s roommates with whom and Summer brings up how Emma is boring. Just a little back and forth happens but then Biggie brings up why she wants to be invited and exchanges some words with Jaden. Natlies does say she excluded Biggie because before all the other girls it was just Natalie, Jaden, and Akbar. Biggies do have some type of beet with them. When all issues were exchanged I was surprised none of the girls fought. Soon as I thought that though Natalies brings in her “Celebrity Guest” which is Slim. As soon as Rollie sees Slim she goes towards her to fight her.
A small fight between Rollie and Slim is how they left off episode 8, and I hate when they leave it off with suspense. Doing it this way is good because it keeps the viewers hooked in but the wait is the hardest part. Overall this episode was a 3 star review because it wasn’t too much fighting and a little more talking. The highlight of this episode was the dinner when Diamond and Akbar fought and it was only entertaining because of Diamond of course.
