This rivalry between APB and Burton as always been a match to look forward to! The top dogs of the Ocean League, where every matchup may result on being the turning point for the league title. For either team. Even so from every single match up against these two team they have always drawn. They’ve had 3 prior match ups starting from the 2023-2024 season.

The first ever matchup between these two teams was on 12/05/2023 and the results were 3-3. Later on once they met once again in 01/18/2024 they ended within the results of 0-0. To continue on, now to the current season once more they played on 01/16/2025 and the results were 0-0. And for there most recent matchup on a Tuesday of February 02 the unfortunate end result of 2-6. Concluding the longing result of a win for APB. Even so, this will result as a wake up call for the APB boys soccer team because it allows for them to prep mentally for playoffs. 

Although this result has been a disappointment for the infamous coach Mr. Hinojosa, who has made history for the school of APB. As when I interviewed him he stated “I’m excited for the matchup, always a good game when we play. Hits different because league champs this year. As they took it away last year from us.” In the end his words remarked the final testament that we would become league champs. Because as of now the APB boys soccer team have become league champs for the Ocean League.
