Animo Pat Brown loses 66-42 against Animo Watts in devastating fashion due to the aggressiveness of the boys in Animo Watts.

APB lost as the AW was much more aggressive than them on defense causing them to crumble at home in the gym on Thursday the 11th of December 2025.

This was an important game for APB as they had just come off a loss vs Wish Academy and were looking for a restart after going unbeaten before that loss and Animo Watts was looking to keep their winning streak going with a 6th win. 

Andrew Negrete, captain of the boys basketball team, tries to motivate his team by saying, “We as a whole need to play better defensively, with more intensity, and more heart.”

APB was able to keep the game close throughout the first half keeping the score to only three points in difference by halftime. 

Number 3 on Animo watts scored 15 points in 4 quarters.

Senior point guard Andrew Negrete also put up 15 point throughout the game making up for a little over a third of the point scored for APB.

Animo Pat Brown was able to score a 3 in the third quarter to tie the game and scored the first points to open the scoring of the game.
